By accessing or using BoF Engage ("AIMEE"), operated by AIM Labs ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
BoF Engage is a multi-tenant lead automation and customer engagement platform that provides:
To use BoF Engage, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You agree to use BoF Engage only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not:
You retain ownership of all data you upload, import, or create on the platform, including lead data, email templates, campaign content, and analytics configurations. We do not claim ownership over your content.
You grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your data solely to provide and improve the platform services.
BoF Engage integrates with third-party services including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, email service providers, and social media platforms. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
When you connect a third-party account, you authorize us to access and retrieve data from that service as described in our Privacy Policy. You may disconnect any integration at any time through your account settings.
When using our email campaign features, you are responsible for:
We reserve the right to suspend your email sending privileges if we detect abuse or high complaint rates.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control, including third-party service outages, network issues, or force majeure events.
Certain features of BoF Engage may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and payment terms will be communicated at the time of subscription. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIM Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AIM Labs from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa.
